Today marks 3 years being part of Electrical Test Midlands Ltd. When I first started by no means was an office job my dream job...but I couldn’t have been any more wrong. The last 3 years have changed me not only professionally but personally.

I would not be in the position I am today without the guidance and the support from the directors, Richard and Nadine Jones. From early on they gave me the guidance and trust required and their support has been instrumental in helping me achieve so much personal and professional growth. When I first started I had no confidence and was terrified to make a phone call, I had no experience in the industry, and I had no faith in myself that I could pull this position off, however I was give the opportunity...3 years later, I am now responsible for the everyday Running of the business, operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our customers whilst building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships on all levels of business, develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas and also identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment. This has allowed me to build relationships with a vast amount of clients who now rely on ETM to ensure that their compliance services are done correctly and efficiently.

Richard and Nadine have given me the platform along with the skills and knowledge to take on the next 3 years and I will continue to maintain that confidence and trust that they have shown in me.

As I write this I now believe I am a strong, professional woman in which was once known as ‘mans’ world.
